NFL Week 11: Giants @ Eagles
There is no player in the NFL right now that his playing at a higher-level than superstar quarterback Michael Vick of the Philadelphia Eagles. No matter what opposing defenses think they can do against his lightning quick quarterback, Michael Vick always seems to put on a show this season when he is under center and I was never more apparent than last week against former mentor Donovan McNabb and the division rival Washington Redskins.
Even though the Washington Redskins were able to put 28 points on the board, it really didn’t matter as Michael Vick was playing as if a man possessed. Not only was Vick virtually unstoppable with both his feet and his arm in Week 10, but he put up some monster numbers against the Redskins with 413 all-purpose yards and six total touchdowns.

Those numbers are so ridiculous that you would think that Michael Vick is playing a videogame instead of playing against an NFL defense. It just didn’t matter what the Washington Redskins secondary try to do against this extremely versatile quarterback as Michael Vick played defense like a puppet and finished his career day off by putting up 59 points.
That’s just amazing! Not only has Vick become a legitimate NFL MVP candidate for his remarkable performance against the division rival Washington Redskins, but he has struck fear any opposing defense for the rest of the season including the New York Giants in Week 11.
While Michael Vick was torching the Washington Redskins defense last week, the New York Giants were trying to put the brakes on the Dallas Cowboys offense which came to life and put up 33 points in the win over the division leaders.
Obviously, with the kind season the Dallas Cowboys of had this year many people believe that their win over the New York Giants may have just been a fluke as they caught Eli Manning and company off guard, but even though they still feel in the staying of losing two worst team in the division, the Giants allowed to pull together as they have another tough task ahead of them form of Vick and Eagles.

At this point in time, it seems like no defense in the league and have an answer for Michael Vick as he is just playing flawless football right now, but the Giants defense isn’t something to be taken for granted as they are amongst the best in the league in stopping the run (3rd in the NFL, 83 yards per game) and the pass (4th in the NFL, 187.2 yards per game).
With that being said, the New York Giants seem to have the best chance of being able to stop Michael Vick and company, but I am betting that the MVP candidate will continue to put on a show as he goes off for another big numbers while leading his team to another victory.
