NFL Pre-Season Started, Week 1 Surprises
With the start of the football season being the Hall of Fame game, but the true start would have to be the first week of the NFL pre-season. With the first six games already played, we were able to see a few upsets, and a lot of promising players.
We were able to see just how good Ameer Abdullah was after getting picked by the Detroit Lions to fill in for Reggie Bush. Abdullah proved all of the hype to be true, as his speed and strength are everything Lions fans would want for their offense.
We can look forward to the rest of the games on Friday, Saturday, and the Sunday game between the Indianapolis Colts and Philadelphia Eagles. We are starting to see which teams will be stronger in the regular season.
Offensive teams seem to be on the rise, and some believe that it will be the most explosive year in NFL history. If we are already seeing this level of performance during the pre-season, can’t wait to see what the regular season has in store.
