NFL Week 3: Falcons @ Saints
The defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints are as good as it gets on the offensive side of the football coming into this season, but they have had their fair share of struggles in the first two weeks of the year as Drew Brees and company have only put up 39 points on the board.
Even though 39 points still seems like a lot of points in just two weeks of play, that is somewhat uncharacteristic for the Saints as their bread and butter is lighting up the scoreboard and playing with big leads.

Despite just being the third week of the NFL regular season, the New Orleans Saints showdown with the NFC South division rival Atlanta Falcons will be a big one as it may ultimately decide which team wins the division and which team will be fighting for a playoff spot.
In Week 1, the Atlanta Falcons really struggled as they couldn’t find an answer for the lockdown defense of the Pittsburgh Steelers, but they were able to rebound quickly in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals as they put up a league-high 41 points and held Derek Anderson and company to just seven points.
Coming into this matchup, both the Saints and the Falcons will be in a must win situation and neither team will be backing down to the other as they both seem to getting into a groove just in time.
As of right now, the defending Super Bowl will have the edge in this game as they are favored to win this NFC South showdown with a -3.5 point spread. Over the past week, this spread has gotten lower and lower and it might even drop a bit more before game time, but for good reason as the Falcons are a serious threat to hand the Saints their first loss of the season.

Personally, I believe the New Orleans Saints are still the better all around team when compared to the Atlanta Falcons, but Matt Ryan and company just seem to have more to win by getting the best of the Saints in this Week 3 showdown which leads me to believe they will come out on top when it is all said and done.
In my opinion, the best bet here would be to take the Atlanta Falcons at +3.5.
This game will almost certainly come down to the wire as neither one of these NFC South teams will want to lose to the other, but it just seems like the Atlanta Falcons time to shine, especially after that impressive win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 2.
