NFL Week 11: Colts @ Patriots
Usually the biggest rivals in the NFL are within divisions as teams within divisions play each other twice in the season and could possibly meet in the first round of playoffs, but it would be hard to argue the biggest robbery in the NFL today is not when Peyton Manning’s Indianapolis Colts and Tom Brady’s New England Patriots go head to head around midseason.
This season is a lot on the line coming into this AFC Conference heavyweight
showdown as both teams have the opportunity to win their divisions and possibly make it all the way to the Super Bowl in Arlington, Texas this February.

Not only do the Colts and the Patriots have a legitimate shot at winning a Super Bowl title this season, but both Tom Brady and Peyton Manning seem to be peaking at just the right time as they have struggled throughout the season and finally seem to have their offenses firing on all cylinders.
Obviously, at this point it is Tom Brady that is really started to come into his own as he has put up mediocre numbers in the first few weeks of the season, but has just blown up as of late and is coming off a big win over one of the best defensive teams in the league and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
So not only does Tom Brady have his team playing an extremely high level right now on the offense aside the football, but for superstar quarterback has kicked it into high gear once again and will be shooting for fourth Super Bowl title this season.
As usual though, Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts will be standing in his way and arguably the biggest game of the season for both teams.
Unfortunately, despite Peyton Manning playing at an MVP level once again, this team has been extremely banged up this year as perennial Pro bowl wideout Reggie Wayne has dealt with injuries all season long and Manning’s favorite target in tight end Dallas Clark will miss the rest of the season.
Obviously, if any quarterback in the league can make good use of his backups and turn them into global caliber players it is Peyton Manning, but he will definitely
have his work cut out for him this week as the Indianapolis Colts will head to Gillette Stadium as -4 point underdogs.

At this point in time I believe the New England Patriots are the better team and firing on all cylinders coming into this matchup, but regardless of the records and how well either team is playing, whenever these two teams meet always an all-out battle with a two-minute drill in the fourth quarter deciding the game.
The Indianapolis Colts may put up one hell of the flight in this one as they know the Tennessee Titans are creeping up on them in the AFC South division, but in the end I see Bill Belichick’s New England Patriots coming out on top and covering the spread.
